More formatted fields #41

It would be great if the frequently used fields were formatted:

$item['price']
$item['sum']
cart()->getTax()
cart()->getSum()

Would be great also:

$item['priceFormat']
$item['sumFormat']
cart()->getTaxFormat()
cart()->getSumFormat()
