After XE16 update, I can't see my GDK apps anymore. #473

What steps have I taken to fix this issue myself?
1. Factory reset
2. Hardware reset
3. Re-upload GDK content

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- After the "over the air" update last night, I am no longer able to access my
custom apps. I tried a factory reset, and also a hardware reset. No change. I
made sure "debug" mode was enabled. When I check the device package list using
ChromeADB, I see that my custom packages are installed on the device, but when
I navigate to them, they are not on the app launcher timeline. I downloaded the
GDK sample code and attempted to upload one of those projects. Still no visible
app in the launcher.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

- XE16

Please provide any additional information below.

- I contacted Glass support but they did not find any solutions.
