Move the power button to the outer sirface of the frame #490

Currently, there's no way to turn the screen on and off for apps the hold the 
screen lock (which is the preference of most enterprise users). The button is 
there - one just can't reach it while the Glass is on head. It would be helpful 
if this button were moved to the outer surface of the frame.

Using XE18.3 and, now, XE19.1 seems that you should be able so solve this by 
swiping down with two fingers instead of one. Does it work for you?
