Glass after turning on says: Voice stopped unexpectedly, camera stopped unexpectedly, home stopped unexpectedly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I turned the glass on and it was there
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should see landing page "ok glass" but there is message:
Voice stopped unexpectedly, camera stopped unexpectedly, home stopped 
unexpectedly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
X12.1 I think - it didn't update automatically

Please provide any additional information below.

Exactly the same problem

just after logo screen, never have time with "ok glass" :( no wifi connexion, 
no bluetooth connexion
