Icons for sideloaded apps are missing after update to 18.3 #559

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update Glass to 18.3 
2. Tap on the "Ok Glass" screen and scroll through the list of installed apps

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My personal apps or other non MyGlassware distributed apps that I've side 
loaded no longer show the launcher icon. Apps obtained from the MyGlassware 
page do display the launcher icon.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
18.3

I have just replaced my Glass and found that the icons are restored on XE17 but 
disappear after XE18

This is an important issue, although not critical, is VERY important for 
testing that our apps conform to the Glass design principles.

The issue is not sideloaded apps, but those with the 
com.google.android.glass.permission.DEVELOPMENT permission and a custom voice 
command.  If you use a registered voice command and remove the development 
permission, the icon comes back ... this is still irritating though and I would 
rather have the icon for development apps too.

This has been fixed internally and should be available with our next OTA (no 
ETA on this yet).

I'll close the bug when the fix actually makes it to your devices.

Sorry for the delay in updating this bug, this was actually fixed with the 
XE19.1 OTA.
