Even out ImageLayout.LEFT mosaic #573

Currently when multiple items are added to a Card using ImageLayout.LEFT, the 
first image is given much more weight than the others. This works well for 
conversation items (where the sender should have a larger image), but doesn't 
work well for general purpose cards where all images have the same relevance.

Please add a method (probably another ImageLayout) for a more even mosaic.
