JX4: An advanced API

I've been developing a "core API" of sorts for ScriptCraft. Just some of the features it's got...

• Per-player persistent file storage
• Data storage that automatically fills in missing keys on data fetches
• Smart event listeners with helpful pre-defined variables (as well as access to the event object)
• Data conversion tools
• An API to map bukkit enums to "vanilla" keys to simplify the workflow
• Functions for spawning items, sounds, and entities
• Quick wrappers for entities and items that allow you to easily apply effects, enchantments, attributes, and more without having to check the spigot API
• Dynamic type checking for items, blocks, and entities with the underscore function
• A reserved "init" variable in module.exports for post-load execution
• Smart player-related functions like "jx.player", "jx.text", "jx.all"
• Type checking/enforcing at every corner (so TypeScript developers don't cry in their sleep)
• A custom chest GUI system which allows binding items in the GUI to commands and event triggers
• Custom event triggers and listeners that work in tandem with standard scriptcraft events
• A formatted code base, with a prettierJS fork
• No dependencies outside of the ./scriptcraft/lib/ folder and spigot itself
• Tested in 1.14.4, easily upgradable to newer versions with small tweaks to bukkit-api.js
• Built with custom game mechanics in mind

And the list goes on. Loads of work has gone into making this great, and more importantly, useful. I'd like to help other ScriptCraft developers out there by contributing JX4 to the development branch.

I have written an extension layer over ScriptCraft as well, including support for npm modules over at @Magikcraft.
