Add Wiki to the about dialog

We have been getting a lot of complaints\requests for the wiki to be more visible. If anyone has additional ideas I am open.

I am also pleased to announce the addition of the Russian language.

the czech.json file is missing

This one is closed. I'm going to wait for everything and do it in one shot instead of a million little changes.
