Notable changes:

The interface for loading and calling builtin functions have changed
- Builtins are called directly
- Signatures and addresses are not loaded separately
- New API for loading the vmctx as a value

There are multiple opportunities for refactoring some of the code in the wasmfx-modules. I will defer this refactoring to a subsequent patch.
