manifest url from installer 0.2.7 does not work #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run nitdroid-installer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Downloading nitdroid.manifest ...FAILURE. Bailing out.

And indeed http://downloads.nitdroid.com/nitinstaller/nitdroid.manifest does 
not exist.
