Possibilities:

add an extra vreg on each strain gauge board and power off that. Kind of ugly and requires at least 2 strain gauge boards.
add both to the strain gauge board. If more strain gauges are needed, either don't populate that section, or print some strain gauge only boards. Not populating would be more flexible.
print a separate board. Yucky because it's literally just a vreg.
