Add a drop map function #26

Currently the model can be large since they hold a copy of the raster map of the hydrological classes. Add a function to drop this so smaller models can be stored.

In draft of v0.1.4:

Added a drop_map flag to the $initialize() method and $get_model().
Added catch to $plot_state() to fail if no map available
