Help improvements and time no longer default #101

Changed the help options. One of the options still needs to be decided.

Time is no longer a default argument.

Your changes look great! However, there are still some conflicts between changes that occured in SANA1.1 behind your back, and your changes. Please resolve them and re-request the pull.
