Fixed compile errors; somewhat of a miracle that the multi-pairwise even compiled last time honestly Fixed all the MS3 points we discussed earlier today Added an environmental variable NUM_GRAPHS (default=2)

You can merge this in now if you're eager to test it before tomorrow afternoon, since I think it's correct just not optimized, and I'll send another PR your way tomorrow addressing some of the performance.
