Vulnerability states do not have the package condition information #26496

Description

In the vulnerability detection alerts, we have a field named data.vulnerability.package.condition indicating the package condition causing this vulnerability and a possible remediation of that. However, this field is not available in the redesigned vulnerability states shown at inventory section.
