private proxies are ones you can only get with the dispensers public ones are in the discord channels every one can see

I’m very sure that most of them are public, I got the links from public sources, but I cannot guarantee that every single link is public (some private links may have been leaked or smth), and I never been banned from discord servers recently (as of right now)
