Recently viewed should not recommend other peoples registries

Recently viewed would only show the registries they had clicked on the Gift Diapers button. You can see others because you accessed them as an admin of the site. We can repurpose this button to say something else such as My Registries. We would need to explain it or name it in such a way so they gifter understands it only shows if they have clicked on the Gift Diapers button. (this is BC behavior)

if that is too confusing, we can just hide it.
