button - font size #134

As a global element - button font size should increase from 18-19. Same padding and such, just increase font size. Thanks.

buttons are good. padding around has been adjusted so buttons are now 48 pixels tall. Font size is now 19px per accessbility Keith. done for 2.1 Screen Shot 2021-07-30 at 1 53 44 PM
