Meeting notes:
- Interop 2024 communications plan
- Initial draft of the plan shared by @rachelandrew
- Next step: meeting to be scheduled for next week to review with PR representatives
- Interop 2024 proposal selection (round 4)
- Team discussed proposals and potential grouping of proposals. In general, there was agreement to provide more visibility on developer-priority proposals and not obfuscate such ones inside a large focus area.
- Next step: final list and grouping to be decided by next meeting, after everyone has had a chance to digest the proposed groupings
- Interop 2023 carryover discussion
- Finalized decisions on all but 3 focus areas, which has been slotted for review in the next meeting.
- Review and action on Interop 2024 launch backlog
- Reviewed and earmarked items for decision/discussion in the next meeting
