pinetab2: Fix audio & add USB dongle support #46

Seeing that the BES2600 driver is in horrible state, enable some of the USB wifi adapters so we can use those for the time being pending a proper and stable BES2600 driver.

does this PR rely on https://github.com/webOS-ports/meta-webos-ports/pull/597 ? otherwise it's good to go for me

Yes and no ;) It can go separately. For audio to work we need both just.
