www.tokopedia.com - Chatbot icon glitches when scrolling down the page #108887

Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 105.0a1-20220809093338 Operating System: Android 11 (ONEPLUS A6000), Android 9 (Xiaomi Redmi 6A) Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Design is broken Description: Items not fully visible Preconditions: Must be logged in (in order for the chatbot icon to be displayed) Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.tokopedia.com/help
  2. Scroll all the way down the page until the address bar is hidden
  3. Observe the Chatbot icon

Expected Behavior: The chatbot icon is displayed correctly.

Actual Behavior: The chatbot icon is glitching.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot and Video provided: https://gifyu.com/image/STvXA
  2. Reproducible regardless of the ETP status
  3. Not reproducible on Chrome and Opera

Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce the issue. image

Note: The issue occurs even if the address bar is set to be on top.

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 105.0a1 (🦎 105.0a1-20220809093338), Firefox Release 103.2.0 (🦎 103.0.2-20220802163236) Operating System: Google Pixel 5 (Android 12) - 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~432 ppi density), Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9) - 1440 x 2960 pixels, 18.5:9 ratio (~570 ppi density)

Moving to Needsdiagnosis for further investigation.

ni myself to check if this is still an issue since https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1521882 might have fixed it.
