Description: Unable to delete an Education entry – "Records Not Found" error displayed.
Steps to Reproduce:
When attempting to delete an education entry in the My Info > Qualifications > Education section, the system fails to perform the operation and displays a "Records Not Found" error. This issue occurs for all education entries and prevents the user from maintaining accurate records.
