Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce the issue on multiple browsers. I was not able to play the video.

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 67.0a1 (2019-02-25), Chrome 72.0.3626.109 Operating System: macOS Mojave version 10.14.2
