We appreciate your report. I was not able to reproduce the issue. The link provided opens the login form of the page:

Tested with: Browser/Version: Firefox Daylight 97.0 (7635) Operating System: iOS 15.0

Suggestion: Try updating the browser, clearing cache/data/cookies, and check again? Also, have the required cookies been accepted for this page?
