Unable to access any voices (play and download)

After testing this software for a few days, when I tried to use it once again I was given an error when trying to play and/or download any clips. Looks almost like their server is blocking any further use.

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

I tried just typing in "Hello there" and other basic things and it wouldn't work for me.
