Add feature: Rocket.chat support using API #54

Hi,

Just a reminder that Wefork has to support Rocket.chat.

Related to: https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/issues/672 and https://discuss.wekan.io/t/rocket-chat-integration/15

First we would need to have a generic API/webhook features to then integrate to Rocket.Chat among whatever :)

It's good to have this listed also and in mind when planning #52 that is related #43 API is part of it.
