Problem is related at least to Samsung Galaxy devices with Android 4.0.4

I'm using NetBeans 7.4 Patch 3, CodenameOne Plugin 1.0.83, Windows 8.1

In attachement you can find cleaned sources (empty lib directory and deleted 
JavaSE.jar from root directory - copy-paste from another project) and modified 
GoogleMaps cn1lib source files.
