Crashes on multi-touch depending on order #13

Steps to reproduce:
1. touch the screen with a finger of your own choosing
2. add another finger
3. release the first finger

- Android error dialog and crash.

Using:
The android market update from 2011-12-26 (note: crash was there in previous 
versions too),
on Asus-TF 101, Android 3.2.1

This is a serious issue that makes the game unplayable on Android 3.1
