Using path relative to home for documents #116

I was trying to set :NOTER_DOCUMENT: using a template, and used ~/ for location starting point (ie. ~/Library/Papers/etc.pdf). But I realized org-noter accepts either paths relative to note document or absolute paths. I was wondering if there is any way around this.

I just realized that if the pdf document is in bibtex-completion-library-path org-noter works without an error, but not for those documents outside that. This is probably specific to my config file. Closing for now.
