Spot Check & Continuous mode of PulseOximeter ? #178

Hi, the library was amazing and I am excited in implementing an application with this library. However, I want to understand when the oximeter is spot check or continuous mode. Is there any param solving this issue? What are the measurementStatusPresent and sensorStatusPresent mean ?
