update jpylyzer #450

We have been using a rather old jpylyzer version for quite a while and should look into upgrading it.

Currently 1.18.0 is still in use. The 2.x release includes at least slight changes to the output format, therefore the parsing code will need changes as well.

This has been done already, when we moved jpylyzer to worker node jobs.
