Create new repository under the appropriate project by default #587

This is quite trivial and unimportant, but would be quite handy still.

So you can create a new repo either from /repositories/ or from 
/projects/foobar/. Right now both selects the / project as the default.

If you create a new repo from under a project, it'd be logical to select the 
current project as the default.
