Research about applying custom chain config for a private chain

• run a private chain with 2-nodes
• copy genesis block hash
• add a config for the private chain in https://github.com/wemixarchive/go-wemix/blob/cad51f52cd6551ed473446c3ea7551d4360a5ff8/core/genesis.go#L328 and build
• restart all nodes with the fetched binary
• make sure the configs are applied
• any issue about it?

I tested this with local chain and hard fork applied successfully.
