Improve the quality check output file #9

There are cases where the survey is very new that the stats are not updated in the DHS Compiler (where we used API to extract the published data). So the current logic make the output to be with zero observations. We should add another output where have at least the DHS calculated indicators to be saved and could be referred/examined by coder/reviewers.

Instead of adding another output to have the indicators calculated. There's another dofile established that generates time series of indicators based on the produced microdata.
