VS Code: ESLint extension no longer supports `eslint.alwaysShowStatus` #131

Per the release notes, as of v2.4.0 the ESLint extension for VS Code no longer supports eslint.alwaysShowStatus.

Now moved to the Language Status indicator as seen in this issue.
