No default category causes RSS to fail #226

No permaline_default value is set for the category component in the permalink URL template. We can set a value to "_" or something to prevent the double slash (i.e. //) from showing up in the URL in the RSS feed.

Nevermind. It appears the default permalink settings don't work or I don't know how to set them correctly. Instead, it might be easier to write a test that runs on build that checks the front-matter of each MD post and verifies that it has at least one category.
