This happens primarily in Firefox and we can't figure out what triggers it...
when using <ol class="colcount-md-2 colcount-sm-2"> for a TOC for example, the list will skip a number...
first "column" shows 1 to 8 and 2cond "column" starts at 10 instead of 9
