This involves a change in access permissions to D1.1 VHSv20230601 consortium data release hence the dependency below.

by changing the permissions on the VSA server at http://vsa.roe.ac.uk/www/vsa_browser.html

@MikeeRead will ask RMcM in early '25 if can make release , If not heard by April will go ahead and release anyway.
