Missing gap in PSF catalogue #623

You will notice, once you open the catalogue, that the columns on stellar probability and completeness are missing. This is because we have not executed the part of Stefano’s code that calculates the artificial star tests on the SMC-GAP tile. This part of the code was run successfully by Francesca, but she was not able to re-create the exact values of Stefano. In any case, this part of the code is not needed to calculate the proper motion tables.

However, on your side, do leave any column you do not have with default values. I hope this is fine for the purpose of the data release.

If you prefer I can also create the catalogue with the default values for the columns above, and also include the values of the colours, which are currently not there. In this case, let me know which default values to use.

Note that I have already adjusted the photometry with respect to the one computed by the VDFS pipeline, so the catalogue is ready to go.

You can add it together with the other PSF catalogue to the VMC DR7.

As soon as the PM tables are complete for the same tile I will let you know, hopefully this week!

How is it going with the inclusion of the other tables?

No need to answer though, we have a VMC telecon scheduled for next week.

Copied the data over - need to set up to go with the other data.

Needed a bit of work to sort out with defaults Set up MISSCOL: in README that points to default. In principle could point to new function.
