a redeploy solves it in all cases
when a redeploy doesnt solve the "application not responding" error message, then the cause is an error in the project (check the activity feed for any error messages during deployment)
after requesting a migration to another region (cloud shift) then the domain changes (i.e. us to eu in the domain). The old domain will show an "application not responding" error message. You have to use the new domain. You can get it from the Divio Control Center. (#32 )

I can also say that specific projects are highly prone to that error and throw it on ~30% of deployments, while on other projects it might happen only once in 2-3 months.

As far as I remember this is another project where it happens quite often.

cc @GaretJax - this happens every once in a while, for example just now, just after a successful deployment. Everything worked just fine before deployment.

Note: We need to look at this on an incident-level (i.e. as it happens). Lets get in touch with Divio support next time this happens with a reference to this issue.

We deployed a fix yesterday which might have resolved this issue but we need to monitor this further as this is a very very elusive bug.
