Let's see if we can include the new Lineage smart charging in new build.

Right, charging control seems to be working at first glace. Will need more thorough test (but not by me ;)

looks like the implementation has changed now (not merged yet anyway), removing the need to import and modify the aidl and setting the sysfs path in boardconfig instead.

will adapt and make a separate PR for the charging stuff, only to be merged once the changes have been merged upsteam.
