Revitalize Druid Talent

Browsing the Druid Discord found the following in regards to T3 2pc stacking with Revitalize - it does not stack in any meaningful way at present, but the interaction is very strange and could be some sort of bug and change in the future.

Loose testing on 7/30, game version 3.4.0.44832, leads me to believe ticks of Wild Growth and Rejuvenation on the same target from the same Druid do not stack to provide an increased proc rate:

Wild Growth ticks: 910 Rejuv ticks: 290 Revitalize procs: 154

910 -> 154 = 16.9% +/-2.5%

1200 -> 154 = 12.8% +/-1.9%

Could use more data, and maybe even confirmation on an energy class instead of assuming mana and energy ticks work the same way.
