Is this implement a better choice than [BEST-RQ implementation] in speechbrain?

It is the basically the same implementation except this repository is not updated to work with the newest version of speechbrain. Depending on your goal, I would recommend starting with the implementation in speechbrain which is currently at the pull request here.
