After entering any division of the unison(nED1), the app will freeze the next time it recognizes pitch and tries to tune it. This may be occurring do to there being both an infinite amount of unisons (these systems' equivalent to octaves or tritaves) in the same spot. It's worth noting this happens with both 1ED1 as well as higher systems. The expected behavior would be to simply raise the minimum interval to divide from 1 to 2, to make sure this can't happen. This only needs to be done to the interval to divide, as 1EDs work as intended (sort of). Tough, then again, you can just not do this, and if you do try, you can simply close the app and change the tuning system without making noise or with the microphone off/denied.
