Looks promising! I think I'll build a couple of these too. Looking at JLCPCB, they don't have a few parts in stock for PCBA:

Some of these have obvious alternatives but the first 2 did not. Just curious if you were able to get everything from JLC stock, found reasonable alternatives (if so, would love to see which), or just sourced them and soldered them yourself. Thanks!

Find them, send them to jlcpcb, and after paying for the replacement fee, they will stick them for you.

Where were you able to find the camera module? I am trying to find places to buy just the camera module from, but am unable to find anything promising.
