Unable to boot into desktop mode after lubuntu install #63

After logging in with ubuntu user, cloning the repo and installing lubuntu by: sudo ./desktopfiy --de lubuntu, reboot won't boot into desktop mode and rather brings me into the tty1 cli. The ubuntu server version used is: Ubuntu Server 20.04.1 LTS

If you make this change and then run again does it work?

-    DESKTOP_PACKAGES="lubuntu-desktop"
+    DESKTOP_PACKAGES="lubuntu-desktop sddm"

and/or this one?

 hdmi_drive=2
+gpu_mem=128
+start_x=1

Been having the same issue all day. Tried the above with no luck.

No idea if it's network related or just a coincidence, but the final log during the install mentions a networking setup step (which I'd waited ~10mins for just in case), and the resulting broken state post-reboot can't ping 8.8.8.8.
