Supermium works slowly, when using Intel HD Graphics #1002

Describe the bug Supermium works slowly (text is typed in the search bar slowly, the browser window is dragged slowly).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open browser
  2. Drag browser window or type any text in search bar.

Expected behavior Improve performance with Intel graphics cards.

I also use a Full HD 100Hz monitor, you can feel it all on it

Known issue on Windows 7 machines (https://github.com/win32ss/supermium/issues/889). Use Supermium 124 or Firefox ESR 115 for now.
