OS: Windows XP SP3. Supermium 126 R3 latest x32. (clean "setup" and profile) On the "New Tab Page", move the mouse pointer to about half an inch below the omnibox. A black rectangle will appear at a fixed position. 126

Is GPU acceleration (#ignore-gpu-blocklist) enabled and which GPU is in use? I am unable to reproduce this bug.

On first start of Supermium data is collected from Google to display certain items on the new tab page. Something in that code (css or js) is wrong. Closing issue.
