Fixed issue compile error in OptionsManager - JSONNode's can't be implicitly casted to int
Load default language file if options don't exist, so we can display error
Turned on states in Scene, otherwise nothing was showing when moving to States

Ah yeah the first two are great fixes, thanks! What's the issue with the states? Seems like that's working properly in build?
