This is a feature request to add a field to NPC and player Character sheets to give a flat bonus to initiative. For Character sheets, this may make sense to go in the Tweaks window where the Initiative Advantage button is present. Since NPC sheets do not have a Tweaks window, it may fit in the "Stats" area on their sheet.
This feature is wanted to support CWN cyberware that add flat initiative bonuses. It is also useful for the SWN/CWN alert focus that guarantees a character go first in combat, by giving a very large modifier.
